Spes focuses on assisting clients with the strategic design of their interior environments to produce dynamic working, living and learning space that enable and enhance their ability to achieve their goals.

Spes' expertise is in new workplace strategies, and she has helped many clients forecast trends and changing workplace dynamics to adapt their use of space to take the maximum advantage of new demographics, technologies and strategies that influence the workplace.

Spes is actively involved in many design and real estate organizations throughout the Midwest. She is an alumnus of the University of Cincinnati, and continues to support the University, including through her participation in the Chicago-area Alumni Committee and the College of Engineering Advisory Board.
